I'll admit I like the idea of penthouse or large condo thats 2-3 levels. The prices compared to what I am use to in America are dirt cheap. What gives me pause after watching dozens of these videos is the bathrooms and the kitchens. They are awful from the layouts to the appliances to the counters and the floors and don't get me started on the cabinets. I wonder if I was to buy a condo there is it possible to get something thats under construction and have it built to my standards. I guess id have to go down there see whats being built and go from there.
