Do you take into account solo queue analytics when making tier lists? Just as an example, you list Shen C tier when lolalytics puts him as the fourth best top in diamond+. Obviously solo queue data isn't everything, but I'm curious what you think.

Do you ever think its worth skipping Hydra on Camille with the changes? I see some pros do it, but I know you want the waveclear and shove in solo q where you can look for picks on mid after shove side. Think I saw Zeus go DD second even last patch.

Would love to hear why you think Udyr is not at least top of A-tier. He can minimize 99% of matchups, most of the item changes benefit him, longer fights are good for him, shield bash makes his w trades more disgusting now, he can adapt his playstyle to the teams needs, good proxy, good invades, hard to gank, hard to dive, set's up ganks really well. I just don't see how he's only a B-tier

Zac A tier les goooo Well if this is a high elo tier list yone is good on S, otherwise it would be definetly lower, even tho he has an insane skill ceiling and tons of versatility, on top of that got stronger with the comeback of lethal tempo, it’s still a surprisingly hard champion to pick up if u are more of a new player in lower elo you

i will say, aatrox feels terrible atm, the profane hydra nerfs hit really hard and sundered sky feels awful, im just going full lethality atm with hubris ->edge -> grudge. the smaller ad numbers hurt aatrox a lot due to the % increase from his ult aswell

I am sorry, but Shen in C tier is actually delusional. he was strong two patches ago, then got a buff last patch, and the changes for the new split favours him so much. Shen is probably one of the worst champions at gaining power from items, so all items getting nerfed hurts him less than most other champs. Shield bash getting buffed is also big, and it now does about as much damage as grasp does during a game for Shen. Shen is going to get nerfed soon, some parts of the Shen community is sure of it, and that includes the best Shen mains.

delusional? maybe its a bad take but i dont know why we are throwing the word delusional here. Since its new patch I'm assuming he is thinking of solo queue which doesnt really unlock shen's true potential. Shen is hard af to fully use and it seems like a fighter meta in solo queue so when you tp to your team (unless you have complete wave control) then the enemy top (fighters) will get a huge snowball off it. Also his matchups are OP (Kennen, Fiora, jax). However trynda is pretty bad so thats good

Yo! I’m a pretty casual player who’s trying to make a good champ pool in the new season. Rn my pool is Tahm, Darius, Akali, and Quinn. I’m prob the best with tahm (I know you don’t like him lmao) and he’s usually my blind pick bc I can play his bad matchups better than my other champs. Is this still a viable pool this season?

i know generalization is tough, so some state premisses would be good. is this elaborated thinking in any average elo/mmr? or is just "in theory"? inside the elo also that level of masterization? in analytics if you consider master/best players kennen is top, but yone is far below.

btw i want to suggest a content. one day im playing my superpowerful rumble and now he is.. well. as the meta fluctuates, that happens. i think even otp suffers. so the suggestion is a tier list of high reward to include in the pool in the current meta. as example yone maybe no S, because maybe hard to learn, but a not-so-strong as garen maybe S cos needs so few games to be online..

Great amount of games and winrate, Irelia is one of the hardest champs to translate leads into the mid game on for sure, its hard without seeing your games but I advise to prioritize being greedy in side lane and only taking 100% good fights where you can create a numbers advantage to help your team get control of a neutral objective

@@CoachChippys thank you coach, I'm on it! o7 Masters split 3 is the goal, I know a few 300-500lp players that say if I play at my peak, i can get there. One of them even added me after playing against me in a normal, surprised that I was only E2 at the time :D They say I need to raise the low end of my play and minimize mistakes. Thank you again. So in s and a tier only champs who don't counter trynda are gwen, illaoi, sett, riven, vlad, aatrox, cassio, and nocturne. And even then half of them arent even played top. Ye very bad patch for trynda, he currently has one of worst winrates, don't think he is A tier. Sure he can minimize lane but he is useless if not ahead.

Hey Chippy, just a little addition I'd like to make. Don't get me wrong, you are an amazing player and a great coach; I learnt a lot from you. But there's a limit to how much you know about every champion. In Urgot'a case for example, black cleaver being hit with the AD loss isn't his main issue. He can still cope with that. Hullbreaker is already an unpopular rush on him (usually when you're snowballing lanes since BC is much better DPS). The biggest issues he is facing is that ALL his core items got gutted. Steraks was an item on him that was arguably more core than BC; it got slammed. Stridebreaker got hit with -10 AD and the phage MS (on item completion) gone. His three core items being blasted like that puts him in a really tough spot. Chall/GM Urgots are experimenting with different builds now and no one's a 100% sure what's best right now. I honestly think he's at the bottom of B tier 😅 No builds feels as satisfying as last split

People played kayle wrong. Grasp on kayle was stupidly strong and allowed you to trade with anyone that wasn't tahm kench or darius, basically anyone not a full on stat checker. With lethal tempo, we will see a lot of kayles who forgot how to play her aggressively or passively, so this is going to be an interesting watch. If not infurating. Unconventional toplaners to try: Lethal Tempo Diana, Grasp Diana, Lethal Tempo Lee Sin, Phase Rush Lillia. Diana: max W, want to trade when W is up, otherwise farm and scale. Lee Sin: Dueling and zoning. Lillia: Kiting and farming to scale. Also Nasus hard counters a lot of current meta toplaners, if you max W instead of Q or E. So bumping him up to A tier. I also disagree on shyvana. She is not useless, but not top tier. She does work well against likes of yone and darius, who want to be in your face. Does not work too well against interruptions though. So I'd say a high B tier. But you do not want to play her as AP toplaner. You want to max Q, use lethal Tempo, rush Triforce. Don't use flash, you want exhaust and ignite, on tougher where you can get dived, exhaust and tp. Always build AD as you get bonus %HP damage by default from building AD. Core is Triforce into Steraks or Wits End into Sterks. Rushing steraks does not give enough damage, but against dive heavy champions (Voli), you can go for it first. Main goal is to avoid trades, play off bounces and scales safely to midgame, where your teamfighting is insane. Against AP team, you can get Triforce first and Abyssal Mask second, otherwise you can go for Sterkas second and build anything defensive third. Against Rumble, you want to go Hollow Radiance first and Abyssal mask or Thornmail/Randuins Omen second (Depending on enemy teamcomp). Max W instead of Q and you'll have godlike waveclear. When you're snowballing hard, you can go for Ravenous Hyda into Steraks or Hollow Radiance, depending on your enemy. Rengar Yhea B tier is about right. Triforce rush with grasp seems to work well, but lethal tempo allows him to use ravenous hydra as well. There is definetly a better item for him. i just haven't found it.

@@mrmangbro6842 Don't mock it until you actually try it. Diana uses a huge amount of auto attacks when you don't burst people. and it's perfect for toplane matchups, who expect you to burst. Nasus W max is legit against WW, Trynda and any other autoattacker, as it reduced attack speed on top of the movement speed. Lilia has all the damage she needs. However, she can always use more movement speed to kite enemy dashers out even when it is akali
