Something alot of people dont seem to understand is the fact that you're not going to be able to work with that kind of weight within the course of a week. People see these videos and seem to think these guys just walk in the gym one day without ever lifting weights in their lives and are able to do this kind of work just based off their natural genetic strength. Muscle & strength growth is an extremely slow process that requires a multitude of different things to achieve. Many people see this kind of strength when they go into the gym for the 1st time and get extremely discouraged & end up never going to the gym again. All of these guys you see pulling this kind of weight dedicated a huge part of their lives to this art & and you'll never achieve this kind of strength if you dont dedicate yourself to it as well.
@Zenzuu2 жыл бұрын
While true but you have to also take into consideration that there are those who are not genetically gifted in terms of reaching a certain size or strength like the gentlemen in this video. Body type, bone structures and so forth all plays a pivotal role. Some can dedicate their whole life to it but still not able to reach that level of strength because of their genes.

I have to say it doesnt really inspire me when I see roided monkeys which most of these in the video were hit crazy big numbers. Why should it? It is not something you can achieve (if youre natural of course)
@manofsteelgoodmanll79252 жыл бұрын
@@saassoossoossaas7869 yeah it'll give you ideas to try out what their doing a little at a time to remind that you can do it the same way as them. Or you can learn at your own paste. I go to the gym 4 days a week to get all my training hours in I work out for about 2 to 3 hours till 10:30 or 11:00 I like to train to practice different techniques a certain way for when I wanna develop more unlimited super strength,speed stamina,cardio and consistency to remain stronger,faster fitter even tougher at all times. To break it down to you in simple examples, I work a 5 hour day job at a place called goodwill out social security. I'm a acxulimated custodian janitor. so I like to make sure I'm being strictly apprehensive of my surroundings to prevent making constant mistakes or not being able to carefully do the work effectively in order to not rush so I won't have to cause accidents or complaints to make sure I do it right. I like to run around a lot around the gym it helps me to increase speed but be consistent and self aware of what I'm doing in case feel I'm slowing down. But need to move a little faster to catch up when I gotta keep moving....therefore my job motivates me cause it's more like a super heroic military thing where it requires physical amounts of labor work to do. I usually do special work projects for others when I'm asked to cause I'm one of the best strongest toughest workers they got since I body build of course....I'm all natural I eat plenty of food to gain muscle and to say lean so I won't become fat at all. Plus If you ask do I get plenty of sleep yep....2 to 3 hours of it so I'd be active in the mornings. I would drink energy drinks to give me a extra boost when I need only when I'm only working jobs. But I'd drink them often but I've cut back on that, and started focusing on energy vitamin drinks instead. since those have artificial flavors. I train that hard cause I wanna make sure I don't look weak or feel fatigued to do a simple job. Most of the times others require my help a lot cause I'm very dependable at what I do I've been there for 2 years man. Also I'm preparing for a full time harden missionary battlefield that involves working around zillions of people as far as picking up their, trash vacuuming and more.I told others I'm not trying to show off or be cocky I'm really trying to better myself for my self. I worked too damn hard to come this far but I would tell others that if I made it here so can they. Some look at me as a inspirational person cause I've been through struggles I knew what it was like to be belittled by all your enemies who barely understand you correctly. at one point I almost gave up but others gave me the reminder I needed to fight back I'm like a super soldier on some captain america type shit basically...I'm a big dog they trained me and disciplined me to act like one. I'm doing what I gotta do to survive in this chaotic world I was taught not to be scared of whatever gets thrown at me and I wanna show to others that I'm not afraid to embrace what I believe in. I'm autistic honestly I was mistreated even put down a lot so doing what I do gave me courage to stand up for myself but more importantly gain courage to gain independence by taking care of my needs but let others know I ain't no punk about mine. I'd say just because I'm gifted don't mean I'm the only one there's more individuals around who have powerful gifts to be great the key to success is is gotta feel pain in order to embrace it with the right type of drive that's what makes you out of being a warrior even a surviving trooper when you keep going doing but don't give up.

You need to educate yourself on lifting. Sure there numbers are gonna be hire on peds. But they would still be strong not on them. It woudnt surprise me at all if some of there #s aren't that far off from them being natural. I think if u train hard and have good genetics doesn't matter if ur in gear or not ur gonna be strong
@manofsteelgoodmanll79252 жыл бұрын
@@willthomas5953 Yeah I do educate my self...I'd say that other individual are different way more then me. I believe it's people who are not very natural like their suppose to be.Me I'm all natural I eat healthy I drink plenty of water,vitamin drinks even Gatorades and energy drinks often only when needed to stay lean but proactive.But in my opinion based on what you said I think it just depends on the genetic form of how your body can function to how well,you take care of yourself to determine,how active you are or how good your fitness drive is.I got good cholesterol with all the protein I consume in my body.I admit I have high blood pressure issues but I take meditation to keep it at a low average.I do physical activities to keep it under control even to stay in full perfect tip type shape.I guess I'll say folks like to show off and some like to grind harder.Either way I wouldn't be cocky to insult anyone for trying...just let you know if I'm working hard I'd help out to give others the sign to keep up or say don't give up keep going just to spread some inspirational words to assist man.

With that kind of weight if the person can't get the weight up he's gonna dump it and all the spotter can do is risk injury to himself trying to handle that weight.
