LOVE google flights! In 2015 I was able to book a 1 way flight from Denmark to Ireland for $14, to France for $30, and round trip to England for $50 on east jet and Ryan air. In the US, just earlier this year Google flights got me a $55 round trip from chicago to Miami! When I tell ppl this they never believe me, but I’ve always found good deals through there!! Just make sure your internet is on private incognito mode so it doesn’t track the data/cookies

Hey doortovalue I have a ? for you in 8/10/24 I will be going on a cruise and I need airfare from Phil to Ft.Lauderdale so I went on google flights and they want like a thousand dollars I thought that is crazy. I can also get airfare from the cruise line which one do you think is better and any hacks you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

How far are you from BWI? Southwest goes from BWI to FLL for reasonable $$. You also can travel with 2 checked bags free. Always travel to Port the day before.

@@anhelinabodnar1066 once you look at a trip with an airline and then you go back the price jumps. If I go on another computer I get the same price I originally got. If I use the original computer I end up always with a higher price.

This was my first ever video of Erica’s on youtube. I wrote so many notes! I subscribed. I’m subscribing to Chris’s. My entire existence is about traveling the world slowly and living inside cultures. The new travel hacks & sites mentioned, I’d never heard of before. THANK YOU. Hey I’m an OG GenXer. 52. Woman. US Navy Vet. Retired. I have a passive set income. I have no debt. I don’t own a home. I’m free to roam. I really needed this information to help me on my way and save money. What a great topic! BTW, I haven’t used hot water to wash clothes in over 10 years.

Congratulations! You've done many, many things right! I am already an expat who also tries to roam the world by Slow Travel in 90 day trips. One day I may even find another location to change my permanent residency to .... maybe the secret is to invest money to give you passive income. Corporate bonds, preferred stocks, annuities, etc.

As an Airbnb superhost, which doesn’t really mean anything nowadays, I simply do not accept any bookings of people trying to ask for discounts nor try to work around the Airbnb platform rules. It basically asks for trouble. It says guests potentially will not care about the house rules either. Also, Airbnb fees are not 30% for the host, so that single point makes the whole story sus.

I used to live in the US and I enjoyed saving a lot of money but what you guys talked about is wow... I really learned a lot. I am actually doing a similar thing here in my own country, Indonesia and trying to spend the least but not always optimizing. I also look at many factors like time, health, etc. Saving money doesn't always save money for that moment. Many things you have to take into account.

@@loripecoraro7000 You can close cards without much effect on your credit. Just don't close your oldest card. I have closed multiple cards and only took a 10-15 point hit on my credit. These cards were not high-limit cards though.
