When younger I had an older used pop up and it serviced my family well. Now that I’m much older and by my self I got an Aliner for ease of use. I’m almost 6’6” so there is much needed headroom. I love it!

We have a 2006 Fleetwood Evolution that works well for us. It could use a bit more room in the dinette space though. Fridge never gets very cold. Added reflective insulation in all the windows for a beach trip a couple weeks ago. They were great help in controlling heat gain from the sun. Adding Popup Gismos and a reflective tarp over the middle for a trip at the end of this month

We have a 1995 Coleman by Fleetwood Stony Creek. It's our first camper (tented for decades before this lol). It sleeps 9 so it's perfect for us to take our grandkids and dogs camping.

Hello, We (wife,kids,myself) own a 2005 Fleetwood Niagara HW. We love it . Always thinking about purchasing a TT, but can’t find myself to let the pop up go due to sleeping space and convenience.

Hey guys nice video, but Jayco hasn't been making popups for quite a while, as well as Startcraft. I consider all of the other popups bascially the same as Forest River owns all the companies, and the same popups are sold between coachman and forest river, just maybe some of the colors are different. Sad that there is really no more competition.

@@GoldenK9Campers thank you, it gets confusing. We may make a follow up video later. 👍🏼

@@AdventuresinPopUps For sure. Seems like you two are ready for an ALiner after the kids grow up !!!

I saw the top two brands coming right away! I have a 2005 Fleetwood Rushmore with AC on it-which is great. No shower/bathroom(besides the outdoor shower) aside from the cassette thing, but it's pretty good for what I use it for. Have done a few upgrades and repairs(digital heat thermostat)but enjoy it as many times as I can. I saw in a previous video there are places that do new canvas-do you have the link?
@AdventuresinPopUps5 ай бұрын
@@davepage2466 there’s a couple places, but the number one company we see recommended is Bear Creek. We have not had to replace canvas though so we don’t have personal experience.

I think that since they've been acquired, Jayco and Starcraft no longer make pop-up campers, unfortunately. I think it's just Rockwood'Flagstaff, Viking, and Coachman. In terms of brand new pop-ups.
@AdventuresinPopUps5 ай бұрын
I was wondering about that. Viking’s website looked like new campers but I wasn’t sure. We have not owned one of those.

@@AdventuresinPopUps Yeah, I'm not a fan of all the consolidation in the industry. It seem like the quality and choice have suffered. Fortunately, there are some great used ones still out there!

We have a pop-up, highwall, 2005 Fleetwood Niagra. I have a bad knee. How can we make it knee friendly?
@AdventuresinPopUps5 ай бұрын
What bothers your knee… pulling the beds out? I assume you have auto lift.

@@AdventuresinPopUps Steps mainly. I am sleeping in the dinette area cuz it bothers my knee to step into the side beds
