Great shooting and excellent videography! Also, @12:40, when the pellet went awry and put a hole in the plastic water barrel, you called the owner right away and informed her of the damage. Then offered to patch it up too, I thought that that was real classy, Robin. Good-o for Team Foxer!!

Cheers Si, sorry for the late reply. It is and before I got one I did a tone of research. I’ve still yet to use anything that’s better in terms of picture quality. The key is the right IR as well. That Odepro simply offers a super clean beam.

Late comment. Still waiting to get my PAL and restricted this year. I have bought myself a 495fps GAMO Varmint and got picatinny rail attachments for a laser and flashlight. Plus and adapter for a sick red dot. I’m learning but sighting the red dot was some what trouble some. I love the laser as I smoked one from 20ft between some logs. I’m trying to help my cousin with her rat problem in her small barn with birds and pigs. It’s frustrating when I miss because I’m expecting a lot but I have gotten 3 head shots, one lung shot and on heart shot. Aside of sighting my stuff better what do you recommend for a small area. It gets long when you only shoot 1-2 in 7 hours 😂 a lot of my laser shots are on bullseyes but some are off. It’s that the gun not being level ?

With such a huge log, only to shoot mice on steroids, and even my father's (5.5) caliber, I would take 4.5, a small speed (240-230 meters per second), not a large barrel (25-35 cm), a good sound moderation and a large tank (0.4 liters). С таким огромным поленом только стрелять мышей на стероидах, да ещё отцовском (5,5) калибре, я бы взял 4,5 , небольшую скорость (240-230 метров в секунду), не большой ствол (25-35 см), хороший саундмодератор и большой резервуар (0,4 литра).

You got me into a KZbin hole! But your channel is by far the best. Although....Edgun leshy does have tracer rounds: he paints the pellets by placing them in a purpose 3d printed jig then spray painting them, it makes for good watching so maybe you can consider it? But seriously, I don't like killing animals, especially for fun. You are clear about pest control and you are definitely professional. It's appreciated. I get that you enjoy it, but you aren't lording it so it is great. You have an obvious passion

I don’t understand why you use an fac rifle for short range rat shooting when a sub twelve is more than adequate for the job

It may be an FAC rifle, but it’s adjustable. Here it’s tunned down to the same power as a sub 12 pretty much. I have an FAC so that I don’t need to worry when I get a rabbit job in that requires the stealth of an air rifle but there sat out at 60/70 yards and the .22LR is too much for them.
