So I check the fuse and the pulley and it turns on but doesn’t dry or spin. Any suggestions you might have will be helpful. Fuse is good.

@@tonyharbuck6772 I have the same problem. Tested through the safety circuit, all switches and fuses are good. At this point I believe its a board or the motor....i have found several poeople online complaining about this very problem. Power on the unit, push start, it clicks and shuts off. But my switches and fuses are good. How do I know if its the motor or the board? Both are expensive. Samsung, LG, all the new stuff breaks so often. My parents 40 yo dryer just keeps running.

Dryer tries to start but barrel won't move like something is keeping it from moving.....dryer vent screen was accidentally left out and we think some socks blew down and is keeping the barrel from moving......pulled out one sock but we are missing 2 more...how do we get down to the outside of the barrel to see if missing socks are the problem?

I got a dryer that won't spin unless I hold the button down with the door open and start the spin by hand. Then it will start spinning on its own. Any ideas what the issue is??

Did you figure out what the issue was? I have the exact same problem now. I have to hand turn it and it will usually start but it’s becoming more difficult to start it this way
