I have a Browning 525 black gold sporter which is a great gun, but I prefer my Benellis in the field, having a SBE2 and Rafaello 50th Anniversary, a brand not mentioned, a great make but probably not popular in the UK? Anyone else loving Benelli? 😃😎😎😎

I can see Browning Being #1 You get a lot of gun for your money. I shoot a Citori and it smashes the Clay's really hard.

Pretty low lol. there are about 4.6 legal guns per every 100 people, compared to around 120 guns for every 100 people in the us.

I was going to say the same. As a dealer myself, I have sold about 30 ATAs and probably close to 25 Kofs in the past 12 months alone. If just one shop does that, how many are sold in the country as a whole?

@@stephenbattaglia5193 not sure where he gets 12,000 Browning's and 12,000 Beretta's a year when he says there are only 25,000 new guns in the UK a year? If you take roughly 250 gun shops selling the same number of Kofs and ATA's as you (some will do more/some less) that is 7,500 ATA's and 6,250 Koffs...I would say these days Browning and Beretta do less than 10,000 a year between them.

The 525 isn't even available on the Canadian Market. 725, CX Series, CYNERGY, and BT-99. Miroku is non-existent here except for the odd old one from the 60's marked as a Charles Daly.

Christopher Mercer It’s complicated, mainly because semi and pump shotguns are an FAC thing and not so much SGC. People in the UK generally look down on those who use semi/pump and sometimes O/U shotguns for Fox, grouse, pheasant... only pigeon really. We got some traditional snob types.

VeryBritish i can understand that but in the us we start out with single barrels and solemly doublr then we go to a pump and then we got to a semi our system is diffrent atleast in the south we hunt hunt not dissing british hunting but u have more shooting than hunting we dog drive and such but we move alot faster adn have to look for the deer we dont have designated lands but when we get an automatic we are normally about teenagers becuase they shoot faster and u dont have to make an action so being we hunt together u gotta learn to be safe hope i could give u a a lil insite on how we do it in the U.S.
