I just put my notice in as a quality nurse. I am starting psych np school in 3 mos and I knew it was time to get into a position that would benefit me. I just got an offer for behavioral health case manager it’s not remote but I do get to chart and review notes at home but i see my patients out in the field and see them around my own schedule 8-5 I visit patients in various settings. Hospital, home, nursing homes. I’m excited and this video confirmed I made the right decision leaving quality 🙌🏾🙌🏾 thank you for your help ❤❤

Nice video 🖼📸📸honestly Passing ANCC/AANP exams is easy when you study hard, if you can't study or you don’t have time for your studies I'd advise you get yourself a help like Mrs Cynthia Gomez

Thank you for this video. I always look forward to them. I'm a new psych grad and will be working in community health soon in a hybrid remote/in person position. I know it will be challenging but I will learn a lot. Btw, what are your thoughts about (intensive outpatient psych) IOP? Do you think that a new grad should start off in IOP?

Speaking of nurse experience, what is your take on how terrible some NP programs are? I recently found this out when i was debating PA or NP. Some programs are fully online, some have 100% acceptance rates, only requiring you to pass the NCLEX and pay an admissions fee with no nurse experience required, no clinicals, no interviews, etc. The curriculum as well, most PA programs cleared 100+ credits, similarly based around the med school model, while NP programs ranged from 36-60 credits, and a third of the classes felt irrelevant to being a provider, honestly i feel like i would not be prepared being an NP in most clinical settings. I also found out that NPs are pushing for complete autonomy, instead of staying as a midlevel. Overall, im shocked at how easy it is for some people to become an NP, in some cases it can be a fresh new BSN who went back to school again right after finishing nursing school, and is now labelled as a provider. I feel this will have dire consequences to healthcare and patient safety.
