Cool, I see how this could build a relationship between soon to be young adults and law enforcement in a respectful way. But such young folks! High school kids 21 or in their 20s are novice drivers. My definition of novice drivers are people that race go-karts or automobile grip (traction) racing focused. Police does go through EVOC, but that still falls under grip racing since all vehicles handling are focused on grip and in automatic drivetrain; with the exception of PIT and J-turn. A not novice driver would be somebody that can drift a manual transmission vehicle at high speeds through a road course. In these events, it would be more interesting to see grown experienced men with their GTs, Mopars, ZLs, Tuners, Teslas, and Euros racing the police chargers/their special vehicles.
