Hello!! Amazing video! Very informative and I really appreciate you taking the time to make it! Please don’t take this as hate or anything negative but one piece of feedback on your video is the ringing edit is very frequent and very loud compared to you two talking. I had to take my headphones off to listen to the video and it was still so loud even on speaker and I didn’t end up finishing the video:( just a note for future videos that this might be distracting for some viewers like myself!

Hey Andy! Thanks for watching our video. 🙂 We had friends living here for a while so we were lucky to have them look at areas were thinking to rent in. We did a criteria’s list i.e distance from work, from CBD, proximity to public transport. For us we wanted convenience and close proximity to the cbd. Then we also googled suburb reviews and there some info there that are relatively accurate. A safe neighborhood is number one for us! That has a good vibe and nice community. You might want to make ur decision too based on being close to ur friends. Some might have kids and want to make decision to be a good school. North West inner Melbourne suburbs is close to airport and have relaxed vibe. East Melbourne are where most of affluent suburbs are. Hello! Thanks for watching our vid. Glad it was helpful. Finding a property to rent or buy is very subjective, for example some want to be close to the city some are ok to be in the outer suburbs which is cheaper in rent and to buy a property. Our experience is that it was easy to find a rental property but it did take a few viewings before we decided to put an application on a property. Luckily we git accepted quickly. Best to start with your criteria such as proximity to work, school budget etc. then hop on to realestate website. Highly recommend to check crime rate on suburbs you find. All the best on the move 😁

Hello thanks for watching our video 😍 The costs for freighting a pet over to Melbourne depends on your pets weight. The Pet freighting company will give you a quote which didn’t change much when we finally travelled.For our dog Jake, he was about 37kg at that time and costed $3,600 nzd including the air travel approved crate that is about $800 coz it was a massive one. As for finding pet friendly accomm, its pretty easy here in Melbourne as they have a bi-law that states landlords cannot prevent tenants to have pets in their rental property 😁 Hope this is helpful and all the best to your move with ur pet. ❤️
