@@hayley8907 for under eyes I like restylane it doesn't move and last for around five years if u Don't want prefect look and looking for natural beauty ,only One ML injection is enough, but u should do it with someone u know is a professional where they inject it with a cannula not a needle so they don't puncture any eye nerves. I read so much about it it's been almost a year it's the best for under eyes , it's better than filler called boletero it's Italian. I suggest you do your research aswell , it's very safe because it's HA hyaluronic acid based they can dissolve it with a injection if it's around One Ml in both eyes. There is also an injection called pluryal silk it's made from the fish salmon DNA to strengthen our collagen bonds and make skin thicker under eyes this is completely natural but doesn't fill the canvity it just fixed the eye skin and fine lines also dark circles. U can read about both hope this helps I really benefited from reading and watching videos I don't feel Drs know everything no matter how good they are, perfection is only to god.

Wow!!! A lot of great information! My whole family has the sunken under eye defect! I just use good products on my face, tinted sunscreen, and some powder. It does a fair job of disguising them. I just can't, in good conscience, use filler or surgery for better looks! The risks, etc. would be foolish in my mind and at my age. Just speaking for myself! Everyone's situation is different. Thank you for this comprehensive information!! I had thought about getting filler but I’m probably a better candidate for surgery. I could go in for a consult but I only have one pair of eyes and I like them. So I’m sticking with corrector/concealer. It’s just not worth the risk. I’ve noticed a lot of injectors will not inject filler into the tear troughs. One of the things that have been happening is the filler starts to move around where it can increase The risk of blindness

This was really informative, the only sign of aging I have is deep hollowing under my eyes, no wrinkles or sagging, im in my 40's, i think dry eyes from extensive computer use and staying up late with my baby may have made it worse, both my parents don't have it, neither do siblings but have cousins with bad circles/bags...i guess genetics as well.

This was so so helpful! I have had dark circles since I was a little girl! My mom would put undereye concealer on for elementary school😂 this has been my biggest insecurity as long as I can remember. This video helped me think about possible options, however, the more I learn about under eye treatments the more I realize I need to find the best of the best to do it, to lower chances of things going wrong. I did mesotherapy, RF microneedling, fillers (2ml) for my hollow eyes and dark circles. Fillers worked for 2-3 months ( not sure why?) it was a game changer for me but wish they stayed more for longer time. :(

I look 10 years older because of sunken eyes and therefore dark undereye circles. That is why I will always wear my glasses and prefer tinted sunscreen to camouflage that darkness.

This was so helpful! I have massively hollow/concaved under eyes and have really wanted to consider fillers but didn't know about the risks involved. Also have heard in some cases they can cause blindness! Overtime i hope i can build some confidence and find a way to love my eyes as they've been like this since I was in my early 20s late teens and I've now just turned 30!

My husband had blepharoplasty to help his dry eyes and so he could wear contacts again. Over the years of wearing contacts, the lower lid was drooping, he was always putting drops in, and his contacts were drying out faster and even falling out. The procedure tightened up the lower lids so he had no "gapping" anymore. He has been thrilled with the results and is saving lots of money on eyedrops lol. No more dry eyes for him. He was 56 yr old and no problems with procedure at all. There is bruising under the eyes for a week or so, wearing glasses helped hide it.

@@missyperry9510 Opthamologist. They had to have a Zoom meeting with insurance company because insurance was saying it was "cosmetic". Doctor explained they could pay now for lower lid lift-outpatient, or a corneal transplant in the future. They approved it lol.

Interesting 🤓 I've always had deep set eyes and sometimes they've looked dark. S combination of SPF and tretinoin and generally good skin care has really helped, at 57 I'd say they look better than they ever have since my teens! Although if I'm sick or slept badly they are worse, and puffy too

Dr.dray, so i have these question in mind for a while. Well u said in most of your videos abt using a moisturizer in a damp face. So I'm using a retinoic acid cream over 2 years already, so there is these one rules that says "u need to put the cream while your skin is dry, and don't put it in a damp skin." So most of the times in my nighttime i never put the moisturizer on a damp skin. While i do want to moisture my skin well. So i tried to put a bit of water after i put the retinoic acid and moisture my skin with moisturizer while it still damp. But it turns out my skin is amazingly sensitive in the morning.

Bone reabsorption is sometimes I'm particularly worried about. I have a missing central incisor, possible cause being trauma at age 4. So my adult tooth never grew and had my baby tooth stuck till age 14. Now I have a dental bridge there, and a noticable skewing of my jaw. There is another non surgical approach that is a natural alternative to fillers called PRF gel injections. What do you know about this? I’m looking into doing that post my only single RF microneedling session that caused volume loss under my eyes. (Specifically the PRF gel injections, not just regular PRF and not “vampire facial”.)
