Rena I have been using this for about 4 years now . For me it is Cavaerta ( Indian Sidefenil] plus the vacumne device and it is a great combo. The most important part of vacumne device is the silicon ring which ones uses for the constriction . The rings must be very flexible and soft and must not hurt the peni. I use a device made in South Korea and this had the right silicon ring for me .

Thanks for the video. I tried a VED with a handpump from vaxaid and got great results. I prefer to use it with water instead of air, just slip it on in the shower, no lube needed. Also found this helps with any edema. No longer need to pump before s*x now, just use 3x a week and feel the benefit! Some size difference, although nothing major, strength to maintain erection is my goal

Good video. My personal experience, some possibly helpful additions: 1. Warm up the p-nis with a warm wash rag or a low setting heating pad prior to pumping. 2. Start out super-slow for the first week. My experience: 3 sets of 3 minutes with a minute break between sets, once in the a.m., once in the p.m., get a timer. 3. I personally had good results with a less expensive manual pump with a pressure gauge ($55.00) that came with multiple rings bought additionally ($10.00). Worth mentioning there might be some temporary edema and foreskin stretching initially. It tooking roughly 30 days to "jump start" erect ions personally, added it to my workout routine. Dr. Hink has good vids on this topic. Great video!

Do you have to get an erection before going into the pump? Do you also have to maintain a natural erection while pumping? My erection fades to 70% after I inserted into the pump and, with the vaccum, the erection feels unnatural. thx in adance.

I used TriMix injectable and wow, did it ever work. I was instantly rigid like an ax handle. That's the good part. Unfortunately, 8 hours later I still was, and in considerable pain. I ended up going to the ER where they pulled syringe after syringe of blood out of my penis before I got flaccid again. (Dr. on call was a gorgeous blonde woman which made the entire thing all the more embarrassing.) I won't try it again, but can testify that it works. 😮

That tube is huge in diameter. When a guy slips the ring off, it looks like it would snap really hard. That might hurt and kill the whole process. It seems to me the vacuum tube should be smaller.

Personal experience here. I don’t suffer from ED by any means. Often these devices are promoted for that condition. I’ve been using a pump for around 5 months. I’ve seen an improvement in girth, not so much in length.

hi, From MY exp. the real problem with any of these devices is skin blisters. I think some of the lubes used to seal the tube at the base of your cock also causes the skin to soften. When I first started 20 yrs ago. I could hold 5 iches vacuum for for about 7 minutes. The it was 5Now it is 3 minutes until I "pull a blister" - usually under / below the head -sometimes on the edge of the urethra.I have searched for creams? to use to toughen up the skin. I tried pickle juice- (used by baseball pitchers) and a few other forgotten things. Nothing has worked. Any thoughts?

I was given one after being butchered after a radical prostatectomy. I tried it a few times, and it did the erection function, however it would tend to suck up a testicle into the tube, under the very tight elastic seal at the base. You can probably imagine, that was not the best stimulant a guy needs.
