Can they not at least wear disposdable gloves? If you watch Korean and Japanese street food vendors, they are so clean and sanitary. They use gloves and even a cap on their head. Then you see these videos and you wonder, how do these people survive like this? And that guy mixing the dough....he is literally washing his hand inside the dough! 🤢 Clearly, physical hygien is not a priority for them.
