Can it upscale 576p to 4k?

sure, the question is if this makes sense or not. if you can't get upscaled SD source sharp enough at 4k resolution (without artefacts!) then choosen resolution was to high, you just blow up the file size, then better choose 2k or 1080p

Topaz Ai is a lie when it comes to a one time price. Its yearly and will ask to pay for another year after it ends.

Nonsense. You buy once for the license. After one year you choose if you want to buy another year upgrades. This is clear for every user with a license. This is clearly mentioned on their site. I just renewed my upgrades for another year. I used my old version for 6 months before renewing upgrade subscription. Really nonsense. So you can keep using your old version. You dont have to update yearly. Its not subscription based
