X6 M was exclusively designed for Russian urban areas. It looks gangster, it goes very fast down the Moscow rings and it’s rugged enough for awful Russian potholes. It has a huge fan base in Russian. Maloo on another hand is a true Australian legend. Story goes sth like… bring wife to church on Sunday, eggs to the market on Monday and go burn some rubber and race against your mates afterwards. I think maloo is actually way more practical and charismatic car than some two seat sports car. True multipurpose vehicle.

And the new Koenigsegg Gemera may be the best thing between a hypercar and a 2+2 coupe...unlike most 2+2's though, it has enormous doors and properly enormous amount of space in the interior to fit a whole family of four...and like a hypercar all it comes under the rear is insane power figures, with a 3-cylinder mated to three electric motors making 1700 hp.

The X5 M was already a good performance SUV with the same powertrain (just with more luggage space & headroom in the back). If someone plans to just drive on the road, but still wants back seats; the M8 coupe exists.There's also the M5 as a practical, but fast option for the road (and it's more powerful & lighter than a X6 M). If those are too big for you, then there's still the M4 Coupe and M3 sedan. Really, I can't think of any good reason to buy a X6 M over the other M cars.

Mercedes did make that AMG One with the F1 engine, and it now only takes 30 minutes of warming up, and it has a supposed every 50,000km. Which is actually quite good. And it absolutely destroyed so many lap records

The Avantime is way more useful than the coupe SUVs. You may think that a 3 door minivan is stupid, but the doors are huge (which is also a negative if the parking is tight) so you can use it as a full on minivan, but look cooler (also it had a V6 option)

If you analyze the footage Mercedes posted, you see that the engine only revs up to around 9K rpm whilst an F1 engine revs to about 15K rpm. I wouldn't quite consider that an F1 like experience

I disagree with your assessment of the Holden Maloo. Not everyone works 24/7. This car is meant to be able to work during the day - but have fun after work. It is a joy to drive - and terrifying when you let it rip around a track. The only 3 stupid vehicles i agree with you are:- Citroën C3 Mercedes A class BMW X6 Mclaren GT, its Grand Tourer for Mclaren to step back from high performance cars to something Relaxing, spacious, and comfortable with essence of racing, so its not stupid, its a different product for similar audience Mclaren Elva, its a new attempt to do something new, just as the smart phones trying to make foldable screens, kudos to Mclaren to trying out an innovation that no body has done before, besides its a work in progress concept HSV Maloo is a category of its own and will push other companies to produce similar cars in future, which are called Utes, thanks to Forza Horizon 3 or what I may call them RUPUs or RUPs (Racing Utility Pickups) Mercedes AMG 1, its not impossible to put F1 engine to street legal car, technically it can be an F1 engine as core but a lot of tweaks to be done like cooling, separate built-in warming up system moreover that crank starter. the Mercedes team are working on it and they never claimed to achieve it so far

Might not be a HSV, but i own a 2007 SSV Ute, the non-HSV version of it. But yeah, not for everyone. Then again, those over-sized pickups the yanks have, are utterly pointless as well, so why'd you need them at all? Just using that same logic. And to go with their opinion, their initials of BS sum up what they think. A triggered hater of it, do wonder what this person thinks is a better machine than one of them, as they clearly don't get the whole concept of them from the sounds of it. The A35L exists in China due to some China-specific reasons 1. The Chinese love sedans and hate hatchbacks because they want a balanced look on the car That's why there are sedan versions of French cars (who loves hatchbacks) in China, due to their poor experiences selling hatchbacks in China 2. Long wheelbase is there for business reasons (or carrying around family members, and they don't like wagons for the reasons mentioned above) 3. AMG is there mostly to look cool (which the Chinese value extremely, especially with fairly strict speed limits which don't allow people to go fast at all).

you forgot that those are cars bought by rich kids, with mommy and daddy's money, whom have 3 requirements for a proper car: -BBA (Benz BMW Audi) -Sedan shape - Size and space (in this case Legroom for when you need to chauffeur grandma/grandpa around) Mum and dad don't know AMG, don't care AMG. Baby driver care about the go fast bits

I saw a Reliant three wheeler on there, and I disagree. It was built with three wheels to make the tax bills considerably lower (it could be licenced as a motorcycle in Great Britain, so less taxes). It has that dull shape so that people and stuff can fit inside. It's inexpensive to purchase, meaning that people could buy those things that couldn't otherwise get a vehicle. And in Great Britain, where it rains a great deal, driving one is better than walking. And oddly enough, the front wheel is entirely in front of the engine, meaning that the Robin is actually a mid engined car, er, motorcycle. And Reliant made a number of four wheel cars, so they knew how to do it. They were just basic cars. Oh, and some nut had the idea to base a sporty car on it. That car was the Bond Bug.

If a pickup truck is for carrying your tools then it's stupid. Anybody can just steal anything in the back the minute your back is turned. Also as shown on Top Gear some of those pickups use almost the entire flatbed to store the spare wheel. Give me a Maloo any day.

Putting in the HSV Maloo is just stupid. All the coolness and practicality of a truck with all the coolness and performance of a muscle car. Besides, people that buy them don't use them for hauling stuff and as a performance car at the same time (if they haul stuff at all). Besides, why do you think cars like the Chevy El Camino SS, Ram 1500 TRX, and Ford F150 Raptor did and continue to do so well? Edit: And he put the SSR in his cars that don't deserve the hate video, he isn't writing his own script is he.
