Can you tell me by looking if on a 2020 GMC, will it reset the brake pad life? After replacing the wear sensors. You are supposed to be able to do it right on the truck itself but it doesnt always work and has to be done on a scanner with that option. Thanks!

I can't tell you with any certainty because many of the features only become active when connected to the vehicle. I suggest that you contact Topdon directly through the Amazon page. They can tell you with certainty if it will work or not.

When I hook this unit up it does not go pass the setup page. i cannot get the uinit to work. 2010 mercedes ML350. It appears that i have to send the unit back Monday march 18 2024. Thanks but it does not work for me. Getting in touch with support to provide concrete information is a damn disaster!

This unit comes with a special connector for Mercedes. Did you try that to see if it works for you? If not, then contact support it may just be a simple issue to deal with. European cars can be rather finicky.

Yes we did. the attachment works, however, the system will not allow us to get pass the acknowledgement page. We got intouch with support, however, it takes them two to three days to get back in touch. We simply want them to handle the issue so that we can continue with our projects. At this point, there professionalism is in question.

@@felipemendoza1243 this scanner is different from the scanner that i had prucahce. This is an upgrade that can perform Oil resets, TPMS reset, SAS, SRS, ECM Reset and ECU programming.

@@carltonsolomon7853 Try calling them. I have a AD500, got in contact with a tech the same day, he connected to my device and fixed my problem. If your contacting them via email, yeah that will take longer.

Will this work with a vw tiguan 2.0 tdi to reset the haldex after oil change and can it code new diesel injectors on the tiguan

It should. But if you want to be 100% certain, then I would recommend that you email the seller on Amazon with your vehicle VIN info. They will let you know for sure.

Where it gives you the info about the vehicle being scanned. It will tell you what the ECM says not what a seller or tampered Odometer says.
