Maybe put it on a trickle charger to keep an even load on it. It also will be silent.

What unit would you recommend for a Ford Fiesta st MK7, that doesn’t get rid of the monitor shade look, hope that makes sense?

I'm already worried my battery is being drained, after having a the headunit in deep sleep for less than 48 hours. Because it's unknown to me how much these devices actually drain the battery? So my current Android headunit takes almost 45 seconds for a cold boot, but atleast this way I can be sure the battery ain't going be death. You just go into factory settings and disable deep sleep. Some of the newer units, with UIS7862 chipsets are capable of way quicker cold boot. I read somewhere that they only take about 10 seconds. Because I'm currently having a dispute, with an AlliExpress seller about my first headunit. It's running a fake Android 10 and in reality, it's running on Android 8.1 which isn't supported by Google anymore. So I'm looking into replacing it, perhaps by a FYT UIS7862 unit from Mekede. Although all depending on the outcome of the dispute.

I answered too quick thinking this comment was on one of my other videos. Let me correct my answer. It's based on a Lithium Ion battery, and we know that they have reactions to extreme temperatures. That being said, I always keep mine in the car and so far it works fine.
