If you're indecisive between the normal and the Micro version here's something I noticed with the Micro: the slim design allows for very little leverage when threading the head on the canister, making it hard to puncture the cartridge. I noticed this last week when it was freezing outside and I barely managed to do it with my cold hands. The angled shape of the non-Micro has a much nicer leverage to it, I suppose that's worth the extra storage space it takes.

Murphy law. If I had one with me, puncture never happen 🤣

I have the Airbooster and it is an exceptional product. Helped me seat a tubeless setup that had a large hole. Thanks for the quick video - helped me get back on the road!

I just tried the micro version and had to look for this video since it was suprisingly difficult to puncture the catridge. Get the normal version if you can lads.

The sales page for my local shop says only use Topeak co2 canisters - is that an absolute requirement? Or just some marketing wank? Because it's a deal breaker for me if I can only use this tool with your canisters. What if I use my canister then get another flat and have to borrow one off someone else with a different brand canister? So does this use some proprietary threading or what?

it's BS any co2 cartridge will work

What happens if you don't expel all the air from the canister ?

It probably just makes it hard to remove from the booster. Potentially, it could shoot off the booster when unthreading or in a very unlikely scenario explode.

I just received my micro airbooster today and I’m wondering which size co2 cartridge I’ll need for a 27,5x2.3“ tire to get me up and running again? Cheers
