How to fix faulty floor pump which was overheated during tubeless inflation? We had to replace a non return air valve because it was melted. More at bikebook.si

Hi where did you get the replacement valve? I have the same pump with the same problem but I can't find any online sellers that offer that kit. Thanks

I was able to see the part number in the video (TRK-JB07) and I found a place in the US that sells these for $10 shipped - todson.com

Overheating the pump? #armwatts

+Domowoi2 You must pump fairly hard/fast to inflate tubeless therefore it might get overheated.

+bikebook You do realize heat is only generated due to friction between the air and the internals when you are pumping? The faster you pump the more friction in a shorter time, and so it gets hotter.

I know this comment is 2 years old but... the air inside the pump also becomes hot from being compressed. Cheers

Pretty incomprehensible! No answer on the replacement part. Nbr. etc could have been in the info too.

Raul Veldhuizen watch the video, the yellow card has what you need. I understand your q? Was a year ago, but some of us are still looking.

Beto pumps are cheaper and better.

Beto has no way to fix because its never melt air valve like Topeak.
