Thank you for your videos, they provide much needed encouragement! you've shown so much strength through what is to me a living nightmare. You mentioned you were using hylauranic acid and aquaphor a few videos ago and I just wondered whether you are still using these daily? I bought both products as soon as I watched the video and it has been doing wonders for my face. I'm just a little anxious of what might happen if I stop applying daily. Keep up the videos and hopefully once i'm feeling slightly better i'll join in on one of the London meetups.

IAmTony hi!! I'm sooo glad they work for u! Ur in luck about a month ago I tried to see what would happen if I stopped using the Hyaluronic acid. I was scared my skin would be dry again.... N it didn't go back! And likewise with aquaphor. Once my face was healed e.g. no shedding or cracks anymore, I was able to use any moisturiser without problem. So just keep Going, I doubt stopping them with cause anything bad

Zainab Danjuma When we went to the Philippines with the fam we were literally in different bodies of water i.e. beaches, spring water, etc. on the daily. Have you visited Phillipines yet? Also, both of my kids are winter babies as well and they take the cold anyday.

What do u do about ur weeping eczema? Also im a new subscriber im on day 7 im off steroids and im going vegan your video gives me strength i showed your videos to my mom to give her a general idea of how i feel since i cant really tell her how i feel and you really help me let her know how im feeling since she keeps trying to bring me to a dermatologist. I love you thank you so much ❤

nerdygameinggurl aww your comment is so sweet I'm glad the videos help your mum to understand. About the weeping eczema, I can only suggest to leave it alone as much as possible. Try not to put moisturiser on it (eg a regular cream or lotion) because that tends to make it weep more. U can try zinc cream, it kind of dries up the ooze. People swear by it but for me it wasn't my fave. It feels very chalky. When I was weeping I put on aquaphor healing ointment.... it's really thick n sort of didn't allow it to crust over but kept the skin moist. Hope that helps

I subscribed a few weeks ago. I am having a flare up right now. What do you do to prevent scratching?
@iambeezee6 жыл бұрын
Armelia Barbosa if u haven't already, get acrylics/gel nails. I'll do less damage when u do scratch. If u are scratching u literally need to find something to stop. I find saying "stop" and just putting my hands straight down by my sides is enough to break the itch. Another womam said she crosses her arms. I'll be honest nothing will stop the itch. The withdrawal is itchy. U just gotta find what works for u and know when to stop so u just don't make urself bleed

3:44 AM here and I can't sleep, I'm new to the channel and I've been suffering with eczema all my life. I've been getting very small hive patches on my arms. - Have you ever dealt with them and any tips to deal with it? On the same boat as you with my neck, when I'm at work and it's so hot here in London, all the sweat has me urging to itch but I resist.
@iambeezee6 жыл бұрын
Kaixion sigh I wish I knew how to deal with hives. I guess ice and not scratching, hives usually go away on their own after a few hours. If ur like me n the bumps don't go eithin a day it's probably not hives. People have told me it's heat rash... I have no idea what to do bout them 😢
@Xysseus6 жыл бұрын
Hives I have on my arms are so small, they don't hurt or aren't sore but if I itch over them they do become red. I use cold water over them and after an hour or so they do calm down. My dermatologist changed my appointments from June to August, so I have to wait to see them - and making a GP appointment they gave me one in a weeks time. I wish they were more accommodating but I have to remember, I cannot be putting myself before others who may have worse off conditions or illnesses. - Thank you for the reply, it helped that someone is listening.

What are you doing about hyper pigmentation?
@iambeezee6 жыл бұрын
Nothing yet. My face cleared up beginning of May so it's been exactly 3 months. I think the pigmentation is evening itself out espevially on my forehead. Maybe I have a tan n it's masking it. I'm just going to wait it out another 3 months until it's less sunny n really see what I'm working with. Sorry I don't have an answer lol but I do think sometimes it's best to let mother nature so her thing! She got me this far

Just wondering if you carried on and how it went?
@Kaykay-jh1zu4 жыл бұрын
@@crunch1495 hey, I carried on for a year, and my skin improved significantly. It was amazing. The major contributors were a vegan diet and natural products such as shea butter( staying away from toxic hygiene and beauty products) oh and 10 mins of direct sunlight on the affected areas. I truly believe that a natural diet and natural hygiene and beauty regimen is the only way to heal the skin fully. Unfortunately, due to financial reasons, I was unable to maintain the vegan diet and natural beauty regimen. A while after going back to a regular diet of processed foods, meat, dairy and regular store bought products such as bar soap, lotion etc. My eczema came back and I had to get back on the steroids. Tip : try to go as natural as possible with your food and beauty. Lots of water preferably natural spring water Organic herbal tea daily Vegan diet Rest rest rest And light exercise (if it's possible for you) such as a 10 min yoga sequence that helps with lymphatic flow Fasting and cleansing Cut out all toxic and harmful products and foods. This is the best way to get rid of eczema for good and to keep it away(from my experience) What all of this does is cleanse the system, it is also healing your entire body including your skin. Eczema is actually an autoimmune disease that manifests in the skin. When the body heals, the immune system is eventually restored, meaning that it is no longer hypersensitive/ hyperctive. The dysfunction is corrected thus your immune system and skin start to function in the normal optimal way. As soon as I get my finances in order, I'm going back to this routine and restarting the tsw journey, throwing away my elocom steroid ointment for good. ❤❤❤❤ please give this a shot, you will not regret it. And if you wish, let me know how it goes 🙃🙂🙃🙂
