Winters have their ups and downs. I live in Canada and we need to shovel snow, pick at the ice and to be careful while driving. But we also have faeric winter landscapes, and ice skating, and skiing, and snowboarding, and so much snow we do the huge ice palace in Quebec City. It can be the harshest time of year but it has its beautiful days. Like when the sunlight reflect the snow whitenest in the morning sun.

Nexees Agreed. I like winter WAY better than summer, especially with climate change tweaking the thermostat to “hotter” in the summer. I remember driving through snow so deep it was flying over the hood of the car. Fluffy snow is pretty easy though it's the wet stuff that slows you down. What is fun is when there is an ice storm before the heavy snow and the plows haven't made out yet. Talk about bumper cars. When you stop at a light you leave a car length in front of you. That way if the car behind can't stop you roll ahead.
@turdfurgusson6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I used to work at a ski resort in Wyoming years ago, and we got 500+ inches of snow per year. It would regularly snow 24-36" in a storm. In the middle of winter, it was so cold that the snow was dry, and you could ski in chest deep powder easily. Toward the end of the season, it would get wetter and was very difficult to ski in.

It amazes me how long that took. Thanks for sharing. Two days at the absolute most to clear that in North East. This video has a valuable lesson involved with it. People need to prepare for natural and manmade disasters. What do you do if nobody comes to help your community? Everyone needs a backup plan.
