I completely understand; my late auntie from Aberdeen, suffering from a creeping dementia, during a visit I made from my now home in Canada and not long before she passed, suddenly came alive on hearing one of the old songs. It was Verra Lyne singing that famous wartime favourite, “We’ll Meet Again”. The power of that magical note never fails to encite a response. ( It is a memory I shall always cherish.❤)

I am a "retired" minister of the Gospel. As a parish minister, I was (unofficially!) responsible for funeral services for those who had had no church connection, but whose relatives wished to have a clergyman conduct such a service. This also applied when there were no relatives, but the local undertaker decided that I should do so. On one occasion - one of the latter - I was informed that the gentleman who had died was a Welshman, and that was the totality of the information provided! When I came out of the "robing room", I found a "congregation" of four! I thought to myself "You had better sing well today!" However, when I announced the first hymn, and the four people in front of me started to sing, I could barely sing with them. It turned out that the deceased had been a member of a Welsh Male Voic e Choir, and they had sent four of their members upo to Central Scotland to represent them at his funeral. They were the most amazing male quartet that I ever heard. Yes, the Welsh do appear to be gifted singers!

Bruno Tonioli is so emotive when it is a good performance. This Sicilian loves his reactions and praise. Ti amo Bruno! This really should have been a Golden Buzzer performance but I doubt they will have any problem going to the finals. Bravo, bellisimo, le voci degli angeli~~Well done, beautiful, the voices of angels.

So many comments! This performance bears out that Welsh people are amongst the best singers in the world. Thanks from an Englishman.

THIS is one of the best performances I've seen in my life: not only because it was perfect as Bruno said but for the guys attitude & soul which INDEED takes you to Heaven. Can not stop seing this in a loop!! ❤❤❤🙌🙌🙌🙌 Thank you WALES for producing such beautiful ART!!
