For 1 I think it depends: if that stress is necessary to take you where you need to go: ie, stress at school, your dream job, making sure your kid has everything he needs, etc. If the stress is unnecessary,or it can be changed for the better, like someone constantly getting on your nerves, or your house being a mess, it is best to get away from the situation when possible

I love the tip about looking at life as if you’re a tourist. I’ve lived in my hometown for 34 years but there are still many parts of my small town I’ve never seen before. My husband and I have been taking long walks after work in the evenings and exploring new areas. I love looking at all of the different houses and imagining what life is like for the people inside them. It has really helped my mental health.

Very instructive and inspiring video. I noticed I have good habits... and some others which I’d be very interested in working on. I've been so tired lately coz I've been walking and walking around my head and not in real life. The other thing is I feel sad and angry and I surrender because I've been fighting my self because there's arguing inside my head. It's really in my head that made me sad, so I trick my mind and think of things that could make me happy so I am. By the way thanks for this bro! 😌❤️

Take small steps , you will get there I'm praying for you,stay always around positive people they will encourage you, my son had anxiety and I worked hard on his recovery, he's self employed now at age 27 you will get there too be patient with yourself, prayers and 💕 love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

Grudge is bad but never forgive your enemies, make sure ppl know your boundary, make sure no one crosses the line or else. You life will be much more productive and enjoyable

Face stress. Take time for yourself slow down Focus on the present not the stupid past. Forgive yourselves. Smile. Be yourself not be controlled by anyone. Read books. Focus on things that make you happy. Go for a for a walk and relax. Act of Kindness means doing something nice for someone. See the good in people not negative of people. Forgive those who hurt you. Holding a grudges only hurt yourself not the other person. Express your feelings and emotions. Work on good habits let go of bad habits. Spend quality time with yourself. Expressed your thoughts in a positive way. Write a thought list. Clear your mind. Priorities loves one family members and friends. Adventure try new things go different things. Change your life in positive ways not in negative ways. Don't waste time with past it happened already its can't be changed.
