I *hate* dead time. I have it all the time in my home, because i have to wait for the others to go to sleep before I have uninterrupted time for exercising. Conversely, if I’m ahead of my work, I might find some “dead time” that I suddenly would like to fill up. Any chance of a video how to use “dead time” for tasks we need to do, and “dead time” to find what tasks we can still accomplish? Thanks for the videos!

@The Tested Tutor Have you tried using an accountability partner? That is a friend, family member, associate, etc. that gently reminds you a regular basis to do the task... or risk developing a reputation for not getting things done. An accountability partner may work wonders. I am one for a friend that is writing a book and she said it really really helps her.

Some good tips, but I don't agree with keeping the exact same routine day in and day out. For example, I don't think most people can stand eating the exact same breakfast every single day. Maybe a robot can, but not people. It may not even be healthy to do that or safe. Nevertheless, that suggestion makes life very dull and uninspiring to show up for.
