Wow that is simply practical great advice. You just helped me to realize by not believing in myself from the start line I'm defeated before I begin👍 Instead of coaching myself through encouragement, I usually start a transformation with words "like how many times have you started this and failed"
@alwaysincognito62783 жыл бұрын
This is true on some level but you can't just believe it usually comes in minuplation this is how cults recruit healthy people and make them into insane people who plain just don't give a f***. But this is really smart and if you can just believe it will help .

11. Habit measurement... Social media took my time but now I have a very long break I loged out since December 2020 and expecting to come back on June this year! Luckily I see this can be possible to stay away from social networks! It seems impossible at the beginning hah. No Instagram no Facebook no WhatsApp just email and in limited and KZbin 🙏🏿

KZbin is what Im addicted to. I keep enabling it after disabling it since you cant delete. Even though I know I dont have it in me to delete it. Anyway how's your discipline lately?

Perhaps It's really essential to be disciplined even if you are starting a new journey but be careful not to force yourself doing tasks that are necessary, try to develope passion and be more curious then you'll continue doing important tasks much easier. Good luck!

Great work. Number 8 is incongruent with your previous example around linguistics. " I make bad choices " Is a terrible way to think. In doing so I am programming the belief that, "I make bad choices" A better option would be, " That's not like me. I make powerful choices that support the person I intend to become. I make great choices for myself and my health."

This is actually true about the hot/cold system. many times ill be in rut, complaining and yelling about how something isnt fair or something like that. usually i feel like giving up and just not trying anymore. usually after about an hour of me cooling off and maybe smoking some weed i dont want to give up anymore and i start to feel guilty of my feelings. its crazy that no matter how many times it happens and im aware of it. it still seems to happen. its trippy man

I mean the same exact patterns you're going through I'm going through...I was beatin with big leather straps in my youth [step pops had a make a boy a beast plan]...I know my mentally and physically abusive childhood disrupts my balance and affected my state of well being...Sometimes I honestly forgave the dude, but other times I want to drive to Kentucky and straight knock his fukin head out the socket...

@@ascendantindigo271 Im sorry to hear that, alot of stuff i did when i was younger i now regret deeply and it definitely has a role on my subconscious thinking. Even though i forgave myself for some of the things i did. its a part of me without me even knowing and it sucks :/
