Excellent video again. The graphics are very nicely chosen with cool fonts! The fishing seem to build with the pace of the video! The comment you made about moving to the last location is one I will remember. “Wishing more than Fishing” that sums up a lot of my wade trips. I love to watch fish attack a topwater lure and it surely cost me fish! Thank you Rich. And now I’m looking forward to seeing the next video because of the teaser outro. Well Done!

Finally the Striper video that I signed up to your channel for Rich, not saying Florida fishing isn’t great. This just feels a lot like a home for me as well. Cant wait for your offshore Tuna videos in the future.

When I go wading in the baltic for seatrout (similar to steelhead) I use a 10ft medium heavy spinning rod. Combined with 20lbs line I easily cast 80 + yds.

Hey Rich- been watching your vids for well over a year. I’m a Jersey Shore born and raised guy and I’ve been fishing since I can remember. I never noticed it before, but I was watching how you threw plugs and I have to ask. Are you righty or lefty. Your gear is set up as lefty, but you actually cast righty. Anyone ever mention that before?? I’m sure…but had to ask!
@justgodriveandfishing88652 жыл бұрын
Right hand casting and right hand retrieve, I do the same like him
@FishAholicTV2 жыл бұрын
Hey Scott, thanks so much for tuning in! Yeah it's a popular question. I'm ambidextrous and that is because I grew up fishing with all my dads equipment and he is left handed but I'm right handed. I can fish either way.
@6atlantis2 жыл бұрын
@@FishAholicTV that’s so funny I have the exact same backstory to why I fish like that, i’m right handed but was taught with a left-handed spinning rod. The only downside is losing some time switching hands to close the bail and start retrieving, but I’ve gotten it down to only losing a split second.
@scottgolembeski58022 жыл бұрын
@@FishAholicTV very interesting!!!! I knew there had to be a backstory to it. I’ve got a few friends that do some things both ways as well. Like throw darts righty, but write lefty. Holding a hockey stick is another topic that surfaces often. At any rate, thought I’d ask just out of curiosity!. Tight Lines my brother and hope to see you out on the water some day. I’ve been visiting Jensen Beach more and more frequently over the last 5 years.

Didn't know they let you drive on the beach out there on Montauk There's only a couple beaches down the Cape that allow it .not sure which ones., but Sandy Neck in Sandwich might be one. I'm sure the price of the permit is serious coin.

haha yeah I've been hopping around on these rocks since I was 5 or 6 so that helps. But sometimes I think of the worst that could happen so I try not to and I just use my instincts and proper equipment to navigate the slipper rocks safely.

Try these areas out before you roll camera. 20 mins of no fish is waist. Wear hip boots so you can wade out a bit. Take barbs off hooks if you’re going to release them instead of ripping the crap out of the fish. Have ultimate respect for our fish,. Thank you very much.
