This album has been in the works for a while (more than a decade to be exact) and I am more than excited to share it with you today. It features a multi-faceted international band and a repertoire that is either derived from Greek folk music or is original and inspired by that music tradition. Old and new co-exist. Songs that have been passed down through the centuries are reimagined, reinterpreted and seen with new eyes.
I hope the music speaks to you and you enjoy it. It is made with great passion and care. Thanks to everyone who has worked on this project so far.
