Why can't I equip all of my Passive skills? I have more max mana than yours? Is it because of Precise skills or Sealed Mana on equipments? Thank yoj

If you are talking about activating all the auras, then you need more -% for sealed mana on gear.

you need 2 rage on spirit skill use memories

Probably because you arent converting your fire to erosion and you have Brutality talent on
