I have Crohn’s disease and had kidney stone surgery in May of this year. Almost lost my kidney and had to have a stent for 6 weeks. My body fights healthy tissue and didn’t like having a stent in it. I went into the ER in June for severe pain and they found out my stent was infected and I had sepsis. I was immediately put on IV antibiotics and thankfully caught it in time. I still have to be careful for a year with any illness etc. I’m on Stelara injections every 6 weeks which also puts me at risk for infection so I have to be so careful. I’m so happy I listened to my body and went in. Everyone at the hospital told me how sick I was and I didn’t want to believe it. I’m so happy I am ok now and on the mend.

Thank you so much for sharing. I am a 58 yo woman with multiple disabilities. I have a chronic, 5 month old ulcer to my lateral ankle. I just found out it has MRSA in it. It is about the size of my thumb and about an inch in depth. I just started Ora lantibiotics. I'm hoping for a good outcome.
