And I completely get celebrating other peoples successes whilst in a season of waiting for your own.. myself and my mum are currently waiting to move house and everywhere I look there’s someone with a moving van or someone in my life is either getting married or pregnant.. or moving house. So we got to that point where we would just thank the Lord for when our day comes! Whenever we see a moving van.. we thank the Lord! If someone in our lives are moving house we would celebrate with them and I feel like God really honours you when you do that because your choosing to be thankful for someone else’s successes instead of being spiteful! 💕✨

That's a great question! I would encourage you to go read the Psalms.. David cried out to the Lord for many things... DOes that mean that He didn't trust God? Or does that mean that he depended on God so much for it that he asked the only source that could help and he was leaning on God like the true child of the living God he is! Now we NEVER want to manipulate God into getting our will, but to say you can't pray for a spouse because it reveals that you don't trust God, well does that mean you should not pray for anything because it means you don't trust God... the key here is wanting your will to align with God's will. Not trying to change His will to align with yours. He is the author. But does that mean we can't go and talk to Him!
