If it cuts steels, its only limitation is low production due to its size. Good video explained on the subject and the CNC.

I cut stainless and Ti on the 440. No problem

As others have said, the limitation of not cutting steel with the PCNC440 is imposed by the maker space, not the machine. Aside from that, Allison seems to know her stuff, and probably worked hard on the presentation.
