They have tried to cancel Ronnie Radke so many times it's funny, He owns his past mistakes, he went to jail, he went to prison for 2 1/2yrs Nevada High State Max Security Prison, He was addicted to opiates and heroin He was kicked out of his 1st band when he went to prison. He got clean and sober in prison and Formed Falling in Reverse as soon as he was released. He's one of the most hated musicians in Metal😂 And one of the Most LOVED

Dustin, I wanted to thank you. You have encouraged me to not just thank a Vet for their service, but ask how they are doing. By nature I am a very introverted person and don't like talking with strangers. But recently my parents and I were going to breakfast at Denny's and we were walking in just ahead of an older man who was alone. As we were waiting to be seated he struck up a conversation and we started talking. We insisted he go infront of us and I watched him get seated alone at a table for 6. I got this overwhelming feeling that we should ask to join him at his table. I started to shrug it off, but couldn't. I mentioned it to my parents and they both said they were feeling the same way. So my dad walked over and asked him if he minded some company. He lit up and welcome us. In talking with him we learned he had just lost his wife of 58 years about 3 months ago and was struggling through meals especially at home. He told us about himself, his family immigrated to America when he was about 10. They work on a farm for 7 years to pay back the man who paid their way to America. He said it was basically like modern day slavery. But after the debt was paid his family moved to Denver. When he was about 18 he and his brother joined the military with promises that they would be able to choose their duty station. Well his brother did and was stationed in Germany. He on the other hand was sent to Korea and spent 13 months on the DMZ having pot shots taken at him and his unit. He talked about seeing and being startled at the living conditions of the locals. He thought he had it bad on the farm growing up, but it showed him things could always be worse. He thanked us repeatedly for taking the time to talk with him and pray with him. The difference in his demeanor from when he walked in to the time he walked out was really cool to see. He commented he was tired of being alone. The grief of losing his wife and the struggle of transitioning to living with out her had been difficult. There were so many things she had done that he was now having to figure out how to do for himself. We gave him our information and told him to call us at any time if there was ever anything we could do for him. He thanked us and to this point we haven't heard from him, but it was an incredible experience that I won't forget.

The Fuck Ronnie Radke shirt is a joke based on a guy who came to one of their concerts wearing a T-shirt that said it. Also when he throws the mic stand through the head of the zombie is from when he messed up, admitted to fucking up, and threw a mic stand into the crowd during a concert and injured someone. Again, he owns all his mistakes, which is also rare in this day and age!

I think people can be both culturally sensitive and speak your mind. It all boils down to reaching a balance. Because sometimes you have to call things out as you see them. Celebrating our differences are fine just be willing to have the conversation. And I say that to both sides.

Awesome reaction. I joined the Army in 07, I swore to follow orders. I'm out of that contract. Not 1 person is going to tell me I have to have a certain opinion. I was an MP. I'm very evidence based. If you just walk up to me and tell me this about this person, or that about that person, I'm going to look into it before I believe any of it. Good or bad. My own sister tries to get me into all sorts of debates on why the rich owe us money and why eating meat is horrible. Yes, my own damn sister is one of THOSE vegans. I don't mind vegans. Just don't tell me what I should or shouldn't eat. It's frustrating because I love her to death. But, it grinds my brain.

I grew up in the time of civil discourse. Disagreement witb me won't get you eliminated out of my life, however, repeatedly disrepecting or harming me or mine, will. But having a different opinion, nah, that's no biggie. Thing is i think most people feel this way, there are interests that would have us believe otherwise just to divide us.

A generalization here, but people have forgotten what it means to agree to disagree. A sad example is my sister. She and I have very different political beliefs and I'm ok with that. I'd rather just not bring them up and still have a close relationship. I've told her as much. But on several occasions now she has cornered me into either answering honestly or lying to make her happy and keep the piece. I dodge as much as I can, but sometimes I can't and she gets so angry with me and yells at me. When I don't cow to her, she sulks and and tries to guilt me into agreeing. It has so strained our relationship that I'm walking on eggshells, worried that anything I say might start an argument. I've told that I respect her opinion, but I disagree and that's okay! I just want to agree to disagree and set that those issues aside and focus on the things we do agree on! Because all things being equal, there is way more that we agree on than disagree on. But unfortunately she has made these issues such a part of her identity that she won't/can't do that. It makes me sad because I miss my Sister. I love her deeply and would do almost anything for her, but in good conscience I cannot lie just to make her feel good.

Cancel culture is the worst. People don't know half the stuff they're talking about when they attempt to cancel someone. Take Scott Cawthon for example, the creator of the Five Nights At Frddy's franchise that has grown in popularity in which it has been a big part in a lot of people's lives. Some people wanted to cancel him because of the politician he "supported." In reality, that doesn't mean what those people thought. They wanted to cancel Scott because the politician he donated to had shown "anti LGBTQ+" ideas in his past. That's not Scott. That's the politician. Supporting a politician isn't about selecting who you agree with, it's about selecting the lesser of two evils.
