I think you need to have a very hot pan/turn up the heat a lot before putting the egg in. And I'm not sure if it's just stirred egg or if a few things have been added to make it a bit more firm.
@someinconsequentialusernam7799
@someinconsequentialusernam7799 3 жыл бұрын
High heat is part of it. The other part is the oil. High heat without lots of oil will just burn the egg to the pan. I might have experience with that.

@@someinconsequentialusernam7799 I saw a different video since and he also added something to the stirred egg. Maybe some breading or something similar. No doubt it plays a part in making it strong enough to create a tornado.

I tried this once. I managed to burn my house down. So, I went to get my chop sticks to spin it. I hit my pot heating the sauce, which spilled onto the counter. When I went to get paper towels, the chopsticks fell into the burner and caught fire. When I went to wipe up the mess, I saw the chopsticks burning, I immediately grabbed my silicon mitten to pull them from the fire. I managed to get them put out by throwing them into the sink and running water over them. Meanwhile, the paper towel roll managed to catch fire after falling over onto the burner. I thought all the burning smell was the chopsticks, but no, it was the paper towels set ablaze on yhe stove. Fortunately I had a handy fire extinguisher on hand. I managed to put it out ... but that wasn't the only fire. Somehow the kitchen curtains over the sink window were ablaze from when I tried shaking the chopsticks to blow it out. Again, Thank goodness for the fire extinguisher. I looked around for more fire, but the kitchen was fine! So how did my house burn down? Well, apparently the table in my family room collapsed due to a broken leg, which had a burning scented candle on it. The whole room was ablaze by the time I noticed over all the burning smell over the burning I had caused. Lesson learned: don't leave burning candles unsupervised.
