Watching this and also the rental dom video I’m hearing what sounds like demonic voices trying to tune in and then stretching back out of hearing. Very weird and I’m sure there’s a feedback explanation for it but it sounds no less wicked, esp through beats and AirPods. Very clear yet fuzzy as though it could be from the movie Poltergeist. You all are probably too young to remember it but rent it sometime. It’s pretty good as scary movies go, especially when you learn some of their weird crap that happened with the actors and crew of the movie. Anyway, safe hunting, finding and riding the storms! I’m here from Temple Tx yes I survived the tornado but I do have roof and tree damage

I was on that storm and saw that tornado happen right in front of me. My grandparents just so happen to live in Belton tx area just south of where it touched down on west side of Temple. Rated high end EF2. They lost full size trees and shingles but that's all. They are on the south end of Lake Belton clear across where actual tornado happened. Note: I'm a trained storm spotter and was able to help get this storm warned fast in advance of tornado and was in contact with NWS. Do not try what I do please.

I’m a native of Temple and it was bad but not like that F5 that hit Jarrell In the 90’s that was horrendous,the area has a lot of people who are not from here and they have no clue how bad the weather can get here I’m seeing a lot of inconsiderate people traveling into the impacted area and they are causing more problems than needed we have power outages still due to it

Just wondering why it wasnt deployed for a day where the forecast was almost if not 100% tornado potential... it doesnt "have to be in Iowa" lol

Where is all the data about research and saving lives? It seems that Reed is just all about the adrenaline rush of the chase. Early warning research and saving lives should be the main focus. An interception is really awesome but, if there was no early warning to save lives you have failed.

Watch Max Velocity for the forecasts and early warnings. He’s the best in my opinion that does the weather forecasts in real time and gives the earliest predictions and warnings. Reed is a scientist with a PhD that is focused on getting interception to collect scientific information about tornadoes to help us understand more about what happens inside a tornado. His information is crucial for the meteorologists to be able to predict weather more accurately and be able to forecast weather warnings for the public. Reed doesn’t just intercept tornadoes. He collects data inside hurricanes etc. as well. I live in tornado alley and I personally watch them both at the same time to see what is going on. 😊

@@katbrown they’re excited. It’s adrenaline. You would likely be screaming too in the moment. Sure there are other chasers who are more “composed” but there’s a reason why people watch reed. He’s exciting. And he is genuinely excited every time he chases. It’s also very chaotic and loud environment and he’s the one in charge. So he has to make sure he’s communicating loudly as well. Can the yelling be a little over the top? Sure but that’s Reed. You’re asking him to change who he is and that’s not going to happen because some people don’t like that he yells. He’s done that his entire career and it’s worked fine for him.
