Which one allows you to go farther on a battery charge? My first guess is that cadence sensor can allow a farther range. For example - If you set the assist level to setting one, the bike will never draw more than a set amount of current, and the harder you peddle, the less the bike will be assisting you, because it stops assisting if you go past that assist levels max speed. So as you increase your peddle torque when at that settings max speed you use less assist. Though, I have not used a torque sensing bike - maybe it also has top speeds for each assist level? If it keeps giving assist with all peddle torque levels at all speeds you may have much less range.

i am having troubles with my speedo meter for some reason when i accelerate the odometer shows 99kmh idk why it does that , any info on how to fix it ?

It’s clear, cadence sensor systems won, ebike companies like Lectric, Ride1Up resolved almost the described perceived disadvantages of the cadence system. Ride1Up Portola for example I have never experienced the so called “ghost” pedaling the amount of torque during different speed of pedaling is distributed evenly, the amount if cadence sensor magnets was increased. While Lectric did a software tweaking reaching torque sensor alike pedaling. And still both brands even with advanced electrical equipment and Portola with upgraded mechanical components on the top charge just below $1K, way not as high as torque sensor equipped ebikes, and others with cadence sensor like Velotric, already $1,200 and raising?? The public which is more familiar with what we are talking here obviously will save some money not jumping on the torque-sensor wagon…

I've got a cadence and I can peddle up the steppest hills in level 4 without breaking a sweat. Only go for torque if you want more exercise and possibly a fraction more battery range.

A lot of people got the wrong message thinking only torque sensor system make sense. Not at all guys, just learn about more details, the devil is always in the details..

All the You Tube videos poo poo the cadence bikes. I have one with 5,300 miles and if I ever need to replace it will be another cadence, and not because of the slight difference in cost. You want exercise? Try pedaling either one in PAS 2 fairly hard up a slight hill. You go the same to speed and work equally hard on both. The only difference is when you start, the cadence will accelerate faster.
