Always buy an ex private hire, generally they’ve been owned and maintained by the same person and have absolutely anything fixed that needs done.

That's good to hear. Peugeot's as a brand have always been pretty rust resistant. They seem to be much more durable than Ford and Mercedes vans of the same age anyway when it comes to corrosion. Thank you for your wishes, I'm hoping to have lots of content on here with the van.

Don't know if you've already done the floor or not but my advice would be to stick some conduit down either side, front to back. You might not use it now but future Luke will thank you!

I wouldn't bother with that mileage you'll do it up then the whole thing will pack in after you've spent money on it it's at the end of it's life

It's a risk worth taking for now, worst case, I can always get a new engine in for under £1k. But my Volvo's engine is still flawless at 190k.
