Torrey Snow: Maryland State Sen. Stephen Hershey on the Increase of Vehicle Registration Fees

Vehicle registration fees will increase in Maryland starting on July 1. The new rates represent about a 60% to 70% increase. WBAL's Torrey Snow spoke with Maryland State Sen. Stephen Hershey about the fee increase. They also spoke about the Red Line Transit project and funding to rebuild the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
