May cornstarch po ba ang itlog? Masyado kasing madikit un giniling hindi natamggal sa talong.

The double plate method is unnecessary. You can just combine the eggs and ground pork and add it while frying.

I like the eggplant recipes, very versatile na vegetable. I like your tortang eggplant , bihira lang ganitong yummy recipes in eggplant , very flavourful the way you made ! The end product is so vibrant and colourfully appetising ! I would love to try this . Thanks chef for this wonderful and yet humble recipe, thumbs up and super like it.
