Hello from the US. Just wanted to say thank you for posting fish content and showing the process of it. It really brightens my day and is very satisfying to see a fish being cut and prepared very smoothly. Keep on doing the great work 😊👍
It’s great to see these videos about fish and fishing. Much love from america, from a person who loves japan and it’s culture. Hey maybe you could give a go to a seafood ramen. Now a video like that would really be cool.

Hi! I am from Spain. El cola amarilla del pacifico esta bueno, seguro que el de Hokkaido mucho mas porque es una zona fría pero aun así prefiero el atún rojo del atlántico. En el sur de España (en España en general) adoramos el pescado. Es un placer ver como lo preparas y lo cortas. Que impresionante como quitas la piel!
I'm very sad! I have not been able to find this size of Asahi in my area of Canada. So good to watch you prepare and eat so many different kinds of fish. Domo arigato!

The difference between British and Japanese beer is outstanding. If a beer had that much foam in a UK pub you would send it back for having to much foam. I think Japanese beer is 7/3 for beer to foam. But in the UK it is 9.5/0.5 beer to foam

That’s not just in Japan. Austrian, Czech, German and Slovenian beer tends to have more foam than British beer (in my experience at least)… anyway, what’s important is that the beer is tasty and good quality!
