Have been using for five years now. It cleans good but the lid lock error is very disappointing. It is a design error, very easy to get wet thus dysfunctional. Have been changing it 3 times already. Once during warranty period and have to pay for the other replacement. So will have to go back to Panasonic after this.

Toshiba washing machine is very disappointing so many error that I didn't even understand, called technician under warranty but still the same, going to choose other brands like Panasonic , LG or Samsung.

Yeah magic drum code for does not use any water. Clothes come out stinky.
