Poker is a great game. But you do need to learn a little etiquette. Or else you might accidentally make a rude move. Let's say you're big blind with a 7 2 and you called a big raise and stay to the river. Winning the hand catching it on the river. You should have folded on the first raise because it's the worst possible starting hand. People who played for years might take offense. But please don't let that scare you away. You learn a lot about yourself and others.
@Javis5864 ай бұрын
@mandarb23 it's a game. That has nothing to do w etiquette. You don't want action then go play checkers with your grandma.

Almost 20 years ago now, I got to play cards (blackjack) in AZ with Norm MacDonald. The dealer was destroying the whole table with ridiculous and continuous draws to 21 (like 4 or 5 draws to 21 in a row, a couple of them were even 6 card draws, when we had 20 or 21 and then back to back blackjacks - it was brutal). On that second dealer blackjack Norm said, "GD, are ya gonna F us in the A in the parking lot and then make us buy you dinner after this too? What the hell man?!?" Then he tipped the dealer a couple $25 chips and gave me an elbow nudge and this smile that I'll never forget. I loved that man before that night, but I was kind of IN love with him after that night. I became a regular and degenerate gambler for awhile after that, hoping to run into him again, but never did.
