I never watched much Tosh show, only because I didn't watch TV at all, I only saw snippets on the internet. I love podcasts though, since the beginning. When I first clicked on this pod, his wife's gynecologist, I was instantly in. I didn't think I would like it because it's not a "normal" podcast idea. The crazy thing is, I didn't know that episode was the FIRST episode until the other day. I went to see if I missed anything, because I LOVE THIS. Low and behold, I've been here since the first episode.

In my experience, it’s not about “making up fake problems” at all. It’s about realizing one day that our society is _extremely_ broken, everyone in charge is a sociopath, and we’ve been lied to our entire lives about how the world _actually_ works. Some people are ostriches who hide their heads in the sand as a coping mechanism, so they’ll never have that so called “red pill” moment. Those that do have that moment generally start looking for answers. If you’re smart and have a decent talent for research, you can actually find answers quite a few of those “who really runs the world” type of questions. …but if you’re dumb and think that “research” is just watching conspiracy videos on KZbin, you end up with flat earth and reptilians. All “conspiracy theorists” agree on the same basic principle: We’re constantly lied to and our leaders don’t care about us. They’re not wrong about that. It’s not a made up problem. They’re just wrong about the details and scope of that problem.
