So I found this song a year or so ago and added it to my playlist bc I loved it so much. Had NO idea what it was about but just loved the melody and singing. Fast forward to tonight, when my hubby and I decide to watch The Witcher. We get to the second episode and the bard starts singing strains of this song, and my eyes go wide. There was no Priscilla in the books. Essi Daven maybe, but she showed up in one of the short stories (one of my favourite ones), but the tv show skipped it unfortunately.
