Tossing BIG Baits Behind MILLION Dollar Homes (Florida Snook Fishing)

One of my favorite things about fishing is the unpredictability, and in todays video that reality is on full display. Venturing out in my 16 ft Gheenoe we aimed to catch some true Florida river monsters. We encountered some challenges along the way, but we adapted our approach and persevered, and we were rewarded with multiple trophy fish for our efforts!
When I'm out there fishing, sometimes being flexible with my game plan is crucial. I try to let the water guide my day and by listening to the fish, I can catch more often and become a better fisherman.

I fish from my dock year around for big snook but after five years I’ve lost all of them, so you have any tips, like combos, lures, line, anything?

Kind of all depends but it’s hard to beat a live mullet for snook. If you want to do artificial, a big paddle tail swim bait or a top water spook is also a good choice. If they are big I recommend a medium heavy to heavy set up with 50lb braid and at least a 50lb leader. Hope that helps a little.
