I have been wondering about captains in the lineup. If I have Dora called up and send another captain to fight, does the Valor Points bonus still get enacted or only if she is in the march?

No, only if she goes on the march... and only if she wins so not worth taking her to the epic monsters

Great tips, thanks. For Farhad, will your pending research speed up when you add him, or does he need to be already hired at the time you start the research? Do you need to do anything with Farhad to speed up research or simply having him hired is enough?

He has to be in the city when you start the research. He doesn't help retroactively

Your clan don't get the bonus if you hit the help all button, but it does if you hit the individual buttons

The odd thing about this video is you are helping us learn what the captains are good for. And that is great. But since this seems like great information for a beginner, it seems strange that you just happen to say "when you get Helen up to level 144"! That must take forever. I would hope that any player that has the Helen captain up to level 144 probably doesn't really need this video. I can't relate to having any captain up to level 144! This is a great training video. But the context is from the viewpoint of a very, very veteran player. I haven't looked yet. But besides what captain are good for what, I want to know which equipment is best for each captain. And I want to know which artifacts should be paired with each captain. Is there somewhere a player can find all this information. It just seems like this information should be presented in a guide for the game. Thanks for any help you can give me.

You're wrong about Doria. She's only beneficial when Victorious of a battle and worth nothing in Defeat. That's why she's worthless for Arachne. Her bonus is Valor points bonus after Victory.

@@programando1605 You have to have guardsmen 6 unlocked in your main account. That gets you access to K500. You have to unlock Guardsman 6 in K500 in 88 days to unlock the 200 fragments to get Beowulf. Then you can send him and his armor to your main account.

No player that is needing this information is going to be able to relate to the level you are at. Everyone of your captains are over 120 level. lol I stopped watching it when I saw all your captains leveled up so high. No "beginner" is going to get to those levels for months if not longer. I can't related. I need to get this information from someone that explains it from a beginner's perspective.
