As you grow remember to be kind to the newer players and help them out. We were all beginners at one time! If you hide your troops in clan buildings be sure your resources are at a level for warehouse protection from other players if they should attack. This is a wonderful game that got me hooked and really helps me relax after work.

Remember that dead troops in the temple use food. Destroy them if you aren't going to revive them. Also it's always cheaper to train new troops rather than spending any good to revive them.

what the video was talking about, is so true. I had been with a clan in the beginning that did not say or do anything to help. I was running a muck all over the place. Then after being severely attacked by the clans that I had been going after, one took me in and have taught me the rules of that kingdom and it's a lot of fun... I have a good clan, very active and we are all friendly and help everyone

I beg to differ! with the crap I've had to put up with over the past 35 years and two weeks and 1 hour and 13 mins. UK time. I am emersed in the game but struggling to get my farms upgraded with very little silver.

Clan mates are really what make the game worthwhile. They make it more than just a game. Get to know people from all over the world.

Been in this game about three weeks. Enjoying it and I find myself spending much time with the game. Consider myself lucky picking the right clan to join up because the senior members are very helpful with their tips and help. One even donated/gave some of his resource to me after suffering from an illegal attack by a very very big levelled player from another clan.

Being in a clan is helpful in more ways than these, the bigger players are so good for advice and clan wealth is great to build up your strength. My first clan didn't explain much, even the gold ingots to the treasury requirements and I was pillaged by a Kingdom treasurer. I was even deserted when most of the clan moved overnight. But because of this blunder I found my place with a great clan right next door :) Great game if played properly and enough money spent of course :)

Priority always on capitol, academy and barrack before other building. Always upgrade anything. Don't leave space

I have to agree about the clan activity that helps you to grow! I'd say focus on growing the crypt lvl 1st to at least 15 and then onto your guardsmen... but it's not a necessity if you're wanting to focus somewhere else. Just what helps me to gain resources for crafting amor for my hero and captains. The only thing I wish is that as players, that we'd be allowed 7 captains at a time rather than 3. Patients is a Must when you're trying to play w/o spending money. However, if you can save $$ to be able to buy in-game purchases, it really boosts your might and hero/captain lvls. 😊

It should be players choice on how to pay for revive troops & pay for training. There's a lot of restrictions & not much freedom. Just say'n.

I suggest that a Shield of Peace and one City Teleporter must be presented to new players as a gift.

I don't know about everybody else, but it's not easy getting the first couple of captains not to be the ones you barely use. If you could choose which fragments you get would be something useful.

Great advice. Clan is definitely key. I was fortunate enough to get recruited to a very good clan with great leadership when I first started. As long as effort was made to contribute my growth became very quick.

That was really helpful. I didn't know about troop strengths or insurance. I would add that it's very important to communicate with your clanmates so that everyone's needs get met.

Always be building and doing research. Use Helen, Aurora and Farhad plus your hero all decked out in the correct gear is a major help when doing so. Another tip is to have your city located on a 90% tile for whatever resource you need most. Participate in clan chat, it's very important to build friendships with your clan mates. Don't settle, find a clan that best suits you. Don't waste points on pointless researches, like potion , you'll never generate enough. Have a good game and most importantly fun!!!

Also my number 1 one tip for new players keep your hero level as low as you can, it may be necessary to upgrade to hero to develop, but only increase their level as needed. This will help with you bracketing for tournies. Try to have your main captains close to 2x the level of your hero.

Most tournies though you will fake unlimited size players so you have no chance.

@ctownsin5791 no your are fine at level 12. For example you don't want to level your hero to level 50 and have your captains at lvl 25 for example. The brackets in talking about is what level you will be in tournaments. The higher levels are harder to make points and earn titles .

@mr.satanserv6067 epic tournaments and others like TGH you won't compete against the monster level players. I used average about 5 titles as a 1-5million might player. Because I was competing in a bracket based on your hero and highest troop level.

My advice? Join a clan, doesn't matter if it's a small or big one. If your clan is active, you won't have troubles with resources if you keep claiming clan gifts

Definitely find a clan that will help you grow. I have been in 3 clans now on moved to a new kingdom and have found a clan that I really like. You also need to find the ROE (Rules of Engagement) for your kingdom. Good luck new players!
