Absolutely loved this one! I love when you incorporate cardio and HIIT. I end up burning more calories in a shorter time. More of these please!

Loved this! 13 weeks pregnant and just getting some energy back after a gruelling first trimester. Can't do as much bouncing as I used to but did some sensible modifications and still sweated up a storm x

@@trainerkaitlin just did this again and this time I was able to use a 15 lb dumbbell throughout the whole thing!! 💪Getting stronger everyday with your workouts. Feel free to do another one of these formats, its great!!
