I have been doing your videos for the last few workouts and I love the slower movements. I spent months before doing hard vigorous workouts and found my body angry every day. Even though I was getting results I was not happy getting there. This has allowed me to feel good and add in some strength training that isn't killing me and I love it. Thank you!

Thank YOU SANELA. I appreciate that you show yoga asanas in a slow and relaxed pace and you are not rushing which is very good. Most of the yoga classes in yoga studios are rushing and going so fast from one yoga pose to another that it is as if they have to catch a flight...lol! This is not the way of Yoga. I felt relaxed and refreshed after doing yoga with your video. Thank you and I like the way you say "Namaste" at end....it is cool.

have really enjoyed doing these movements, it felt very gentle and relaxed, also Senela has a very good way of speaking which makes you carry on. Thankyou. I suffer from pain in back upon waking and pain particularly in left knee so I am hoping that these exercises can help to strengthen my muscles.

Hello Sanela, I am loving your workouts, I came across them by accident. I love doing weights but I also like to stretch and do a slower body weight workout as well, I feel it makes for a good balance. You are very good at instructing, easy to follow for someone who is a bit of a beginner. I have done some yoga in the past. I find you very pleasant to follow

I’m pretty overweight I decided to do this workout and my whole body was shaking during the planks etc I’m going to stick with it though it makes me so relaxed but it really feels like my body is working!

I love this flow! I have been doing it every day for the past week and I love having it as a part of my daily routine - definitely feel so zen. For those of you who do yoga regularly for weight loss & stress relief/meditative purposes, do you recommend finding one flow that you like and sticking to it, or mixing it up every week or two? Or every day? This is my main daily "workout" on top of the walking I do up & down hills daily for my job. Thanks!!
