I've been doing this for two months and have lost about six pds. My body is so toned. This has helped me out alot. I do it 7 days a week. I just turned 40 and wanted something low impact to do with meditation. Cardio doesn't always help people my age. Especially when you feel stiff all the time.♥️. Namaste.

Yeah we wasn't ready haha I changed it to the easier version of this stretch by moving the supporting leg inwards instead of outwards

Sanela I just wanted to let you know I have been doing your yoga workouts for about 10 years now and your amazing I like you because you don't talk to much about your personal life your easy to follow along with I should move on from beginners yoga but when I started with you I weighed myself at 320 I lost a whole person doing the yoga and walking and watching what I ate!! But I did give myself one day where I could eat whatever I wanted!! Thank you for being out here for people like me that are scared to go anywhere

I have been doing this video for 6 years now most days ❤ as I started practicing yoga as I had 2 bulging discs it has helped me so much! And taught me how to mediate which I practice daily, but I am very upset to find now you have 2 advertisements in the middle of a 20 minute video 😢 I’m not sure I will be using this video anymore 😢

these stretches have helped me a lot for my chronic back pain, I have pinched nerves in my neck and back and had a surgery a year ago. but following the instructions of Sanela, I had managed my movements and I feel great. of course I have four days physical therapy and go to the pool twice a week. but I have feel better doing this. thank you Sanela.

Sanela you are such an angel. A beautiful inspirational young women. I have slight scoliosis between my shoulder blades it slightly goes off to the right. Which won’t affect my heart which is good however, my right shoulder always needs to be stretched to not feel such a ache and by following you step by gracious step I feel so much more loose and comfortable in my own body. I have been looking for this type of video for such a long time I feel like every time I book for a beginners stretch video it is never really for beginners because I have to stop for minute in because they're turning themselves into pretzels lol that being said at this video was absolutely wonderful and have really helped me become more flexible by easing into it

How do you do the pose at 18:00 mins without having your knees hurt super bad? There's so much weight on them even though I try keep most of the weight towards the center on the hips.
